Well boys and gilrs im back to full strength and its time to give these bad boys a go. I shall warm up and do a heavy set of 6-8 reps then rest a bit and reduce the weight and go for the 20 repper. I will get 20 reps! I plan to up the weight every squat day! Its fair to say im not looking forward to this to much but im sure the growth will be worth the pain and stares!!

Have a bucket nearby for the vomit! The only time I ever threw up at a gym was when doing 20 reppers.

    Finlee,

A tried and trusted method of kick starting growth (not for the beginner). 20 rep breathing squats.

yes im mad i love doing legs! Its in a smith so i can ditch the bar if i need to! I plan to do 130kg for the first set then 80kg for the 20 repper! As i said i will add weight to each set every squat day. Which is every other week i alternate leg press and squat to reduce plateuing

No need t odrop that low for the 20 repper, maybe to 100kg. Shoot for a weight u will fail on at 10-12reps.
