Taurine enhances neurotransmitters, if your doing a workout it'll improve that, if your're getting ready to sleep it'll help with that.
So from that i'd presume that HTK is one of these people who finds it harder to go to sleep at night than most, like i used to be 'pumpin' at night when trying to be relaxed and get some sleep!

I've found taurine stops me from thinking about other random things before I go to sleep, therefore allowing me to drift off to a nice sleep without any king of anxiety.
