my calves are awfull
i wouldnt concider them small
i have some decent calf mass, and really good defenition.
but the way they are attatched to my skeletal structure really gives the ilusion of chicken legs, haha
Given the fact im only 85kg at 5'8" and not overly lean, everything really.
But if I was gonna pick one area it would be the quads but then again as im only front squatting 97.5kg for 6 reps so its not surprising. I might worry about it a little more when I get to maxing out at 140kg....for the moment its just because im weak.

My calves are probably my best
I'd say shoulders for me. Had a bit of trouble with them in the past but now that seems to have cleared up I'm trying to get them to catch up.
Haha everybody has their pet hate area. I think pretty much everyone needs to work on calves. And don't you always find the most unexpected people have amazing calves, usually old guys!!!
With me its two things.... Traps, they look great when flared but then just sink away to insignificance when not.
Secondly my lower 2 abs. I have about 8.2% bf and work-out A LOT but seem to have this great 4 pack with a flat section below....grrr.
Have just bought some straps from MP in the hope that I shrug more and hopefully see some gains.
I have also started doing more leg raise-type exercises with twists to get lateral definition on the lower two.
I don't think any of us will ever be happy![]()
I found ab wheel rollouts always hammers my lower abs, might just be me. Weighted leg raises should do the trick as well though.

am looking to make progress on my core, due to having a bowl opp due to crohns disease.i had the opp last year, when i got out of hospital i was 7 half stone,am 5,5.after a year of light weights and body exercises,am now just over 12 stone with body fat of under15%.am wanting to start lifting a bit heavier now,bt i know that hav to do more core training due to the obvious.any1 got ideas on wat would be good.plus my overall chest development at the mo is looking good, thou being a bit of a perfectionist am looking to better the inner upper part of my chest, just below the neck, any ideas would be much appreciated.cheers.
For me, my shoulders are strong and developing in size everywhere but the posterior head. What are the best exercises for posterior head?
I would have thought rear raises/ reverse flys what ever you want to call them would be best. or even very wide grip BOR

I've been trying reverse flys for the past 2 weeks but so far nothing, I'll carry on being patient![]()
Its a small muscle and is hard to isolate, therefore focus on big movements like such as rows and they will grow. Band pull aparts and face pulls supersets with rows work well too.
