We all have a muscle we hate to train or one that doesn't seem to respond as well as others. I thought I'd start a thread where we can post up which muscle we can't get to grow and see if we can get some advice on how to bring it up.
Mine is middle to upper back, I do BB rows, DB rows, deadlifts, seated cable rows, shrugs but just can't seem to get that area to come up like the rest of my back/lats.

Over the years i've tried allsorts of different routines from training a muscle one, two, even three times per week and nothing I've tried so far has made an impact on those muscles. Just can't get them to grow.
In regards to your quads, if they get stronger then they will get bigger, it may be down to not enough calories or time.
What I mean by time is, some times you can keep on getting stronger on an exercise for a while before you see any changes in size.
I've recently started using flat BB pressing and some incline DB's and I seem to be gaining quite abit on my chest. I think it's mainly because I've started using a wider grip than usual on the BB press. It's still lagging compared to everything else though.

Mine are shoulders and middle upper back...
I have felt doms in every muscle in my body apart from shoulders... I always get a good burn in my shoulders but never doms (I quite enjoy doms)
