The original routine involved consuming several pints of RAW (i.e non-pasteurised, non-homogenized) organic full fat milk daily. This type of milk would be loaded with growth factors, vitamins, minerals, EFA's, etc. The crap you get in the supermarkets is vastly inferior and will give you inferior results.

Did the routine tell you about how to select the correct weight for 20 reps for this particular routine? If not then you use the weight you'd normally use for 10 reps and hit 20 reps with it instead. This is hard!

Have a look through the Dave Draper web site for more info if you didn't source from there.

hey guys, completed my 20rep squat routine. the last six weeks have been difficult with this routine, definatley need a training partner for this routine as the 1 set ot 20 squats is hard as alex mentioned.didnt get the max out of the squats due to no partner and ****tin myself incase i collapsed hense the need of a spotter.iwould recommend this every now and then as i think u could pile on the muscle with a good diet.myself i have added 11 pounds of weight in six weeks,im guessing maybe 5-6 pounds in muscle and the rest in fat(was eating the correct food just to much of it)i will try this again at some point if i can get someone in the gym to do this with me,as i said earlier done properly the gains could be great.
