Cheers dude im not sure what some of those are so i will google them.
As i said on my last post i have made a new routine. Im either gonna do 'Week A' for two/three weeks then switch to 'Week B' or just keep switching every other week, not sure yet. Anyway:
Week A: Shoulder press, Front raises, Side raises on bench, Reverse fly machine
*Never done the last two exercises.
Week B: Front raises superset with Side raises, Machine shoulder press
* Havent done superset with shoulders before

HC2PP are awesome for building massUpright rows similar are great for building width if done correctly but together? Hmmm I'm not so sure.
Also laterals aswell would be total overkill imho... maybe ok for a couple of weeks as part of a specialization routine but definitely nothing more.
I like HC2PP paired with something like seated Arnolds for building some mass, throw in a couple of sets of laterals and you're good to go. No need for lots of shoulder work as they get hit hard during chest and back.
The hang cleans are tough though so try cycling them with Military Press and Upright Rows**
**during upright rows I use an EZ-Bar, around shoulder width grip and bring the bar up no higher than the nipples and keep the elbows low. I find this hits the side delts hard without stressing the shoulder joint too much.

A great exercise for me is a shoulder press using the smith machine in front of the head.

I prefer to do the clean from the ground as I can get a bigger weight up to my shoulders that way. Is there a disadvantage to that? other than it is more tiring because of the ROM.
