I think mattgym is after a website/tool where he can record his workouts, and to track progress over time (reps / increases in kgs / bar-charts etc. maybe?)

CoN posted up this site previously they have a free Online Fitness Journal - I've not used it so I don't know what it's like.

I've used that place a couple of times and I think Cheef does too. IIRC the developer was trying to tie it in to facebook and also improve the nutrician side of it.

I found it a bit of a chew on trying to set up training plans tbh, but might go back and have another blast.

One thing I did like about it: it gives you a break down of all the muscles used in your sessions, and to how much degree.
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.
