I've put this here since I think there's more BB'ers than powerlifters on this forum but everyone can join in regardless of your sport.

My goals are quite simple, to get bigger and more ripped than ever before.

I would like to get my squat up to 150kg and bench over 100kg.

I will soon be buying a trap bar for deadlifts, and would like to be shifting 170kg by the end of the year.

Ideally I would like to be around 17st with BF around 13% but numbers are not important to me its more about a certain look that I'm trying to obtain.

My back is still my lagging bodypart so will be working considerably at bringing this area up.

    What are your goals??

to look more like a bodybuilder!

Whats your weight at bf% at the moment? Judging by your targets, you are a pretty big lad, would be interesting to see some pics...

and when you say get your squat over 150kg and your bench over 100kg, how many reps do your mean?

Probably in the 8-12 rep range which anyone bodybuilding should be hitting as this is where 2b fibres are recruited.

Similar goals to you luffers tbh.

Eat more quality food and less cheats too LOL

clean and snatch close to triple figures and be shifting 200kg on a deadlift.

other goals would be to win a few tournaments run by a different organisation.

edit: oh yeah, forgot to add. to land few more tricks- sideswipe, loser and a gainer.

Mmm, I would like to be a very lean 98-99kg... however I think my numbers would be rather upset by it. If I could get down to that weight and still lift the same I'd love it

Other than that, get leaner at the same weight. Certainly dont want to get any heavier - xmas is taking it's toll on the scales. I'd like to be around 11-13% BF but it's no easy task for me and sadly not all that high on the priority list for 2009. Need to cut the cr** out of the diet in the New Year.

Really got to keep getting stronger.

I want to go from my current weight of 14 stone up to 15 and then quit any weight gain. Lose any excess body fat and reach my target body size and shape. I think it's possible. My diet cleanup is beginning from next week.
