i think my diet is probably quite bad tbh ,well i dont eat sweets or chocolate i just dont vary my diet for instance today i had:

breakfast - 3 weetabix and 3 slices of corned beef
11 am- sausage baguette (white bread)
12- workout on biceps and back
1 -two barmcakes with ham slices on (ham in a packet not fresh ham)
1.30 - football fpr 1.2 hours
3.30-got home and had an apple and 2 brown barmcakes with 3 slices of corned beef in total.
6.20-squash for 40 minutes (intense)
7.15-chicken in red wine sauce with chips and veggetables.
10-3 slices of turkey and corned beef from a packet .

and im about to go to bed now so thats kinda my daily diet around about that so please comments will be great and how i can improve thanks people much appreciated
