I apologise in advance as i know that training routines have already been covered in other threads, but i just want a QUICK recomendation to which is the best routine

I have been training using the 5x5 for sometime now which has been good, im quite a decent build/frame but im now on a cut, for definition.

I have also being inc Squats/deadlifts into my routine BUT i have got to the stage where iam not gaining muscle size anymore even though i eat the right building foods and use bigger weights ?? - i know the 5x5 is for strength so now i need a routine that will work to pack on muscle size (also while im cutting)

So does anyone recommend a routine i can read up on ? and the rep/set range

    Thanks in advance

There is so many routines and you will get many suggestions. Try HSS-100 for something a little different.

IMO if your cutting, use a higher rep range. 4 sets for 10 reps would be max. You wont have the energy to lift heavy. You wont be able to put on decent muscle mass whilst on a cut.

Also some friendly advice - dont get cought up in finding the perfect routine. Find something you enjoy doing and stick with it.
