Hi well basically im back with my home gym finally after having to stop training for a while! and im abit lost on what routine to go for,
previously i was on a PPL routine 3 times a week for about a hour each time, i saw really good gains on this, both strength and size! and done it for over 12 weeks without stopping gains. Unfortunatly i had to stop for a while and now am smaller/weaker than when i started!
so just wondering if i want to build mainly size but want good strength gains aswell is it better i got back on the PPL or try the 5x5 strong lifts?

thanks luffers, i decided to try the 5x5 as i remember my old routine did get a bit boring, first day was today and so far i really love it! it was a quick neat workout that got me remembering why i loved the gym again!
