rollouts from standing are quality. smashes your abs
Maybe I'm just doing them wrong but I'm not feeling any pressure in my abs, my shoulders and back are taking the pounding.
didn't happen without a video
docholiday there pretty straightforard, get on your knee's, grasp barbell or ab roller, roll out till you are near enough flat out, don't let you chest/belly hit floor, my chins usually about an 1inch from floor, then just pull yourself back into start position.
rinse and repeat

i attempted the standing ones yesterday - i think i managed about 3 and i felt like i was gonna collapse
they really are tricky to do - i enjoy doing them from my knees they seem hard enough - once i get used to them though i think il have a propper go at doing them from standing
The hardest part is keeping your lower back nice and tight so that all momentum is with the core. I've never tried it with my knees elevated, is this helpful?
