    How awesome are these!!?

Recently started doing them again after stupidly forgetting about them

Yesterday done 3 x 10 with a 15kg bar, and today my abs are absolutely torched! Only ab exercise to do that to me. Get some looks at the gym aswell lol. Not only is it a good abs exercise i feel it really gives your shoulders a good stretching.

Any other exercises like this that people like doing?

Might try them, what I love for abs at the moment is leg raises from a bench, but very very slowly, thatll give u a "deep burn"

I'd like to give them a try instead of crunches. Full Ab rollouts.

Would they help a lot/a litte with strengthening the lower back too?
