Hey guys my current training plan is:

    Monday (chest and triceps)

    Dips
    Incline DB press
    Flat DB press
    skull crusher
    Incline flye
    Cable flye
    leg raise

    wednesday (shoulders and legs)

    Arnold press
    Lateral raise
    Squat
    Lunge
    Calf raise
    Russian twist

    Friday (back and biceps)

    Deadlift
    bent over row
    cable crunch
    gym ball crunch
    lat pulldown
    hammer curl
    chin up

Ive been doing a mixture of HIIT and standard cardio on tuesday and thursday, usually lasting 45-55 mins.
I have two weeks left of a fat loss programme then im moving to lean bulking.

How can I change/improve my training plan?

Should I drop the cardio when lean mass gaining?

    All ideas/critique welcome

try jiggleing it up a bit if you've been using this routine for quite a while, help shock the body into a responce. try going to a full body push/pull split with just 2 workouts rotaed across the 3 sessions so mon= push, wed=pull, fri=push, mon= pull.......

    something like

    PUSH
    squat
    Bench or dips
    Militry press
    skull crusher
    calf raise

    PULL
    Dead lift
    Row/chin up
    upright row/shrug
    curl
    SLDL/ham curl

regards the cardio perhaps just drop a session?
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.

just make sure to replace all the calories you burn - and then add a little - dont up your calories by too much at once though because then you will gain more unwanted fat than you would if you upped your cals by say 250-350
