    sometimes when i lift i feel like rather than the stress being on my muscle it can be on a joint instead.
    like skullcrushers wreck my elbows more than my tris.
    is that normal :S

    lol cheers for the quick reply but i mean lifting in general, like curls will get to the ligaments near the elbow etc.

    they never used to do this
