    all sounds great apart from this bit. How are you meant to lift 200kg at arms length if something goes wrong? In my experience it's best to spot the lifter by giving him/her an extra push under the arms.
    Sounds about right but for squatting should you not assist the person squatting (if required) by grabbing their lats area and also lifting with your legs. Not only would it be difficult to lift the weight with arms out at full reach because you will be far behind the person squatting you would also destroy your back in the unlikely case you are able to lift 200kg with your arms at close to full reach.
