Hey all, i'm 20 years old, 6 foot tall and around 13 stone. I have some muscle on me and fat. My aim is to get bigger all around and look more lean. in addition i want my chest more toned and a decent size rather than just a massive chest, want it to look good. My diet is already in place after help from some good guys here.
What would be the best way for me to achieve this? would it be, to stick to a strength program that involves deadlifts, squats etc, keep doing what i'm doing basically for my chest workout, would more reps be good in order to build a nice shaped and decent size chest?
or is what i'm aiming for to complicated?
Also i want to get ride of my "Love handles" what's the best way for this?

thanks for the reply mate. check this thread out, in regards to my diet, i altered it after help now. i want to get bigger,stronger, but not over the top. get a good shape. what's the best way to lose love handles? have a bit of excess haha.
High Intensity Interval Training. Basically pick a form of cardio, sprinting is the best in my opinion or cycling and you go full intensity for a set time or distance, then you give yourself a resting time where you recover (or go low intensity), then repeat desired number of times. For example:
Sprint 70m
Rest 90 secs
sprint 70m
rest 90 secs
....etc
Take a look in the Cardio forum for more threads on it, or do a search on google
