Why are you deadlifting twice in a week? i would replace one of those deadlifts with hang cleans or hang snatches if you want size and power.
Tri's will get alot of work from the benching and shoulder pressing.
Hi guys,started my P/P/L 3 day split this week.I have to say that I've never felt a pump like this when training before.Just one thing,the whole of my body is pumped except my triceps.Do you think its worth doing some work on just my tri's or stick to the routine as is ?
my routine is
Monday
Deadlift
Bentover B/B row
Alt D/B curls
Wednesday
Flat bench
Incline D/B press
Seated D/b shoulder press
Friday
Squat
Deadlift
Calf raises

And as when doing Monday's he's on pull it'll hit Bi's quite hard but he still feels to add a specific Bi exercise! one but not the other?Quote
