If its a freeweight barbell squat eg. not on smith machine, below parrallel then it is pretty damn good for 78kg BW.

If its on the smith machine then it is still pretty good but nowhere near as impressive as with a BB.

Yea its a free weight bb versian, I wouldnt say the squat was ass to grass but it was deep enough where the knees dont overlap the feet.

for a non bb'er i'd say thats pretty good, i always think anything above 1.5 x bw is good, even better if you can do it comfortably with good form and progress to lift heavier. well done!! do you do front squats? wot are they like?

to be honest i have only performed front squats on a very rare occassion, very lightly i dont think very comfortable with them, i think its because you have to hold the bar in a position which is relative to a clean.

honestly i think if your not a bb'er, front squats are needed in a routine, stick to squats and deads etc, Im getting into power cleans and exercises like that for my rugby, although I dont really want to start doing them without proper instruction.
