Hi guyz i just made a new routine with some of the stuff i red on the forumz, would like some advice on any floors you might see
Diet
8am: Coco pops with milk
12am: Pizza or Microwave lasanya
2pm: snack like mars bar or cherry bakewell
5pm: dinner
8pm: Some protein shake with lucozade before workout
10pm: More protein shake
Before bed: Peanut butter samwich
Workout:
Warm-up - 50 press ups and 50 sit ups
Shoulders - Shoulder press machine
Chest - Bench press with a bar
Biceps - Bicep curls with dun bells
I do this work out 4 times a week and i do about 10 reps with 3 sets my aim is to build musle and lose fat
