This is aimed at those who primarily train for aesthetic reasons...

Just interested to see what everyone's long term goals are and how long do people think it will take to achieve?

personally at the moment im training for purely aesthetic reasons and am aiming for typical M.H cover model look(if not a tiny bit bigger than some of them!) and being able to stay fairly lean (ie with abs) all year round

as for time scales im unsure, I can see my abs now but I just lack size! I think its due to me being to cautious with calories whilst trying to gain lean mass and keep relatively lean

I forgot to say what my goal is...

If I do ever decide to use AAS, I would like to achieve something like this:

I'm a big fan of the classic bodybuilding look. In order to achieve something along those lines, proportion wise, I think it would take me a good while... I'm currently 21, so maybe around 30?

Without the use of AAS, I think something like this is very achievable:

My short term goal is to look as good as I can whilst trying to achieve my long term goal, so that's why I'm currently cutting.

My goal is 13 stone at 10% Bf. Currently at 12 stone at about 14% bf.

But then I might get to 13 stone and think actually i want to be 14 stone lol.

    I'm currently 17st and 22ish % BF.

I want to get under 12% BF and look like one of the guy's above. As for time scale i would like to get there by the end of Aug.

Longer term goals would to keep to a low BF and try to increase my strength, not to bothered about size to much as happy with the size I am.

I much prefer the physique of the 2nd guy. I guess long term is would aim for something like that. Medium term (next summer) is to add 10-15kg of muscle get get to 10-11% fat.
    Currently 75kg and 13% bf

I don't think it's realistic to aim to add 10-15kg of muscle in a year...

You do the math... If I think it's unrealistic to hope to add 15kg of muscle in a year, then why would I think it's realistic to add 15kg of weight, whilst dropping bf% levels?
