Considering the frequency will be low, the volume should be higher in this split. You dont necessarily need more exercises but it depends on how much volume you're doing for the rest of the exercises.
But like moonboots says, get some dips in there.

But because it was my first day my muscles were so tired after a few exercises I managed to do 3 sets for each exercise. My Tris especially hurting the next day.
Today I did Cardio 25 minute run with Ab Work, tomorrow is my PULL day if My pain hads gone away enough

As many as it takes but probably
1st main exercise - ramp to top set 5-8 reps
2-3 main assistance - Either ramp or 3x8
accessory - 3-4 sets
something like that.
