Ive been lifting constantly for 18 months and have made very good progress all over.
However, I have now found that my chest has grown somewhat out of proportion to the rest of my upper body.
I do chest and triceps on the same day, so would it make sense to do all my tricep exercises first to fatigue, and then do chest exercises last just for maintenance?
If anyone has any other suggestions they're welcome.
I am also going to start HIIT and improve my diet somewhat to bring my bf% down.
    Thanks for any help.

Rather than trying to mask it; address why it has happened. Post up your workout and we can have a look to see why.

Poor you and your big chest, I'm sure most people would hate to be in your boat. Cry me a river!

That is meant to be taken lightly!

Ahhh... Good point, James. Do you mean 'pecs', or 'b**ch baps'?

along time agao when I was a teenager..i used to train mainly chest and arms...you know Anyway, i always use to think that my chest stuck out and it was cool as you look muscley (actually always worked whole body, maybe just the poser bits more)
Now im probably stronger than I was back then and more balanced also...and my chest dont stand out at all. I would say that with clothes on look more rounded, but thats probably beacuse back and shoulders overpower the chest if your equally developed.
The point is...train everything else more to catch up, then they wont stick out unless they kinda fatty that is

Do loads of back exercises like rows, pull ups, deadlifts etc. then you will have a really big back to match your chest.
