    Hi Guys,

Anyone got any good exercises for working the upper chest. I feel that the outside and lower parts of my pectorals are fine, however would like to build my upper/inner chest. I would prefer my chest to be flatter in a way. Not less muscle, but just more in proportion all over. Any tips?

    Thanks

I do incline bench press with different movements. As I press, I turn my knuckles in towards each other. Another one I do is turn my palms up and turn my pinkies in towards each other. I was just wondering if there was anything else. I generally have a good idea of what to do, but just wanted a few second opinions, so thanks!

    Any other tips?

Chest busters? Keeping the DBs together like the end point of a fly through the whole movement up and down.
