Hi everyone,
I tore a ligament in my left knee in feb this year,and today was the first time back in the gym,I still get twinges from the knee and its probably 80% right.
I managed to squat 10x bar twice and 50kg x 10, then i stopped,as i didnt want to push it. but there was no pain or discomfort.
I dont usually do them, but i started doing some leg extensions,as i have lost a lot of muscle tone in my left quad, i noticed straight away that even with very light weight that my left knee was shaking,and was struggling.
My question is, can anyone help with how to build up the muscle again safely,and any advice would be appreciated
