Hi all,
I've been off from training since I had to go back to Philippines cause my great grandmom passed away. I want to know what I should do know? I was doing stronglifts 5x5 before I stopped.
Whilst I was in the Philippines, I did do some fasted cardio (30mins) everyday (except weekends) to keep me in shape but could not avoid eating more than I should.
