Nice interview! Is Roberts new book basically all his other books combined + a few revisions / additions?
Hi Guys,
My last interview with Natural Bodybuilding champ Layne Norton was well received and I've just posted my latest interview with Stuart McRobert.
For the younger lifters, Stuart's Beyond Brawn is a great book that explains why you've not been getting the results from your training and why the bodybuilding magazines are not your best training companions.
Some of Stuarts ideas are controversial so I thought he'd be a great person to interview so I got it done. It was finished last week and its now live for you to read.
Enjoy!

I asked him exactly that and he seemed to suggest that there's a lot more information though I suspect if you've read Beyond Brawn, as expansive as it is, that there can't be that much new information to cover.
Not read it myself but interested in feedback from people who have.
