    Hi Guys!

As the title suggests, I'm getting pain in my legs after my workouts. The pain is mainly in my glutes and hamstrings. As a result I'm not being able to walk properly and struggling to move my legs. This doesn't happen anywhere else after a workout.

I do pre/post work out stretching; also get a good source of protein before and after.

Hoped people would be able to suggest something that could at least help.

    Many thanks!

What leg exercises are you doing? Is your form correct? How long has it been happening? Are you new to training? What sort of warmup routine do you do?

Leg exercises are Smith machine squash, leg press, lunges and thigh abductors/adductors. All doing 3 x 12 reps.
I check my form in the mirror for most exercises. I haven't got a gym partner so can't "check" with them but my form seems to be all good from what I see.
Happens ever since I've started training but only just got round to asking. Sometimes it lasts the normal 1 day but this time it's been 3 days. I'm not new to training as such but only been taking it seriously for the last 2/3 months.
My warm up is 5 mins quick jog on the treadmill, then stretches of my hamstring, quads, groin and calves.
