The other thing was.................. ive only really posted on here in that last year or so with regards to my insomnia (tried MYP stuff and it made it worse). I happen to believe its mostly related to my late nights and alot of booze on saturdays, and it messes up my sleep up where i cant sleep at all till about thursday..... BUT i was just wondering, could it be anything to do with my lack of fat? and has anyone heard of any booze - protein negative relationship? or anybody being allergic to alcohol? Im taking all forms by the way, happens with beer, spirits, wine..
