    I weight 11 stone.
    I have been training about 3 weeks
    I am lifting 30kg on a barbell
    Ive been doing shoulder press 10 rep 3 sets
    upright row 10 reps 3 sets
    bicep curl 10 reps 3 sets
    pull ups 10 reps 3 sets
    and press ups 10 reps 3 sets

    5 days a week

    i take instant oats in the mornin and 4 scoops of impact whey protein a day

    also what better more reps or more sets??

    and im doing this for muscle mass and size.

    Read the stickies on the forum, you will get a better idea of what to do for mass.

    If you want to gain size then you really need to be focusing on squats, deadlifts, military press and chest press - any other moves thrown in if you have the time, but the listed moves are good for beginner mass. You should be concentrating on getting your protein from your meals rather than relying on the protein shakes, use the shakes to fill in any gaps with your diet rather than using them as many times as possible.

    For pure mass, try 5 sets of 5 reps to start with. The pull ups are good, keep them in too, wide grip preferably.
