Your chest gets a great workout from dips. Set it outwards to target the chest even more, inwards to focus more on the tri's. If you lean forward slightly, you can activate your chest muscles even more.
What is the difference between having the bar inwards or outwards as you perform the Dips? You're still just working the triceps right?
Or am I missing something?

If you need to set them up comfortably, don't forget you can flip one side but not the other just to get a nice position.
Nice one mate.... that's cool as I always do Chest and Triceps on same day anyway
Those Dips are frickin tough though !
Yup, they are really tough. I always plan to do 10 sets of 10 - but normally only manage 5 sets of 10 and the rest I only manage 8 reps each.
I should be able to do more seeing that I am so light, but the old lactic acid builds up and floors me.
10 sets?!?
You may be Mini but you're a bigger man than me LOL
I always cycle german volume training, look it up - it's a great mass builder.
It's typically very high sets, highish reps.
GVT is a beast, feckin hard though!!
