Ok so I have hurt my right hand which means I can't grip. So DBS and bbs are out any ideas on how I can get a good workout? I know I can do bodyweight squats lunges but my right knee isn't right lately so don't want to do too many of them.
I'm looking for fat loos so any ideas?

    Zercher Squats
    Sled drags
    Sprints
    Box jumps
    Broad jumps

If you're at a commercial gym theres probably a few machines that dont require hands.

You could also invest in some lifting hooks.

Oh I lift from home, so have DBS bbs, and a multi gym machine, treadmill, bike, rower, x trainer, punch bag, Swiss ball, incline sit up bench.
It's only for a couple of weeks for it to heal, it's bruises and chunk of skin is off the knuckle so want it to scab and scar without interrupting it.
