HI - just wanted to get some more advice on triceps excercises.I currently do a few excercises on my triceps such as dips - but was just wanted to know the different types i could choose from that are effective - any diagrams from websites or clips would be great.

    Thanks

Dips with 30kg dumbell between your legs is always good.

    Other than that try:
    -Cable tricep pushdowns
    -Skullcrushers (aka tricep extensions)
-kickbacks (these are a bit **** imo)
    -Close grip bench press

    Best IMO are:

Close grip bench press - great for mass
2handed extentions - great for shape

and cant beleive nobody mentioned Bench Dips...beats conventional dips anyday.
