    Hi all,

Just looking for a bit of advice, been having a problem with my shoulder.
One shoulder seems to be lower than the other plus set back .
When i do barbell work such as bench press or bent over rows, one side seems to be doing most of the work due to the posture.

    Thanks,

Have you had everything checked over? Alignment, everything firing correctly etc? Try a Sports therapist, Osteo or similar.

Think you need to see a physiotherapist about that. I remember injuring my neck in the gym and it resulted in a similar thing to what you've described.

Do not worry. Nature always compensates everything.

Y'see...if one of your sholders is...say...1 inch lower, another one will be exactly 1 inch higher.

    How amazing is that?

I’m a loaded gun pointed at the mirror.
