evenin. due to money being ridiculously tight at the minute ive had to cancell my gym membership. is it possible to still gain muscle size without usin weights ? im thinking just bodyweight to do it with as i have no freeweights of my own, ive always relied on going to the gym so ive never had a need to get any. if it is possible what are the best exercise for me to do at home ?

Press ups, maybe by a cheap chinup bar, they're on eBay for £12 delivered
Bodyweight exercise are the way to go! There are plenty of vids on YouTube and plenty of books on Ebay. As far as I am aware the British Army has never relied upon weights or gyms to achieve size and fitness in their new recruits.
