  1. Default dedicating a whole day to working your weak points

    hi everybody!

    in arnolds education of a bodybuilder he recomends that you devote a whole day just working your weak points i mentioned in luffers post that i was considering this tactic. whats your opinion? and do you do it? if so have you found it productive?

    I am still doing this with the log press. Advised by the gym owner as well. Schedule your weakest lift/most lacking bodypart etc... for monday (I cannot get to the gym on weekends) so as to be the most prepared.

    My log pressing has come on very well this year; so I would say it works

    I personally dont (probably why Im not a bodybuilder)

    However, I think adding bodyweight / band work with fairly high volume and frequency can be productive and not affect your main lifting.

    Loads of pull ups has bought my Lats up to par for my deadlift.

    Loads of ab wheel has improved my core strength.

    ....im now going to drop half the pull ups i've been doing and replace them with body rows to sort out my rhmoboids/rear delts.
