    Hi peeps

Does anyone have a stronglifts plan i could follow? I'm going to change my training and start a cut after xmas is it worth doing on a cut?

I've done 5x5 before and got good results just never tried it on a cut?

If not does anyone have a suitable cut plan?

    Cheers

Stronglifts is already a plan.....what do you mean?

The routine is on the website and it doesnt change from bulk to cut - just dont expect to progress with weight if your cutting on low cals.

If you want a cut plan, just lift low reps/heavy weight with a minimal routine (upper/lower etc)
"Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?

My current train of thought on using strength programs while cutting all depend on how long you are planning to cut for. Less than 2 months I'd say is pointless, you'll spend too much time working submaximally and run the risk of losing muscle because of it. If you're planning on cutting for 3 months or more then there may well be strength benefits from doing a program like 5x5.

Otherwise, for a short hard cut, train heavy as possible (for your top sets at least) with reduced volume, so each muscle group once a week, 3 sessions tops.
