    Good solid routine mate, the only one that's tricky would be pull ups unless you do them weighted.

    for 15 reps i will do bodyweight and for 10 reps maybe 10kg and for 5 reps 15kg

    You'll need to keep adding weight every couple of sessions but as long as you're good with weighted pulls you'll be fine.

    Looks like you're set then. Plug all your numbers into the calculator and post it up!
