    As the title reads;

    I'm cutting for 16 weeks. As I want to drop 16ibs, although it may not take as long as that. I'm also planning to run babylovers SS for that time to upmy lifts which will mean when I come to bulk again (slowly) I will have the strength to lift more and therefore build more muscle..

    I'm also going to follow an intermittent fasting protocol while cutting.

    Cheers guys

    Edit; my lifts are very low.
    Bench;55x5
    Squat;65x5
    Deadlift; unsure, likely in the region of 70/80 kilos.

    Well, you're still relatively new to lifting, and (no offence intended) your lifts are quite low, so you should have no trouble gaining strength on a program like stronglifts due to the scope for neural adaption. Also, 1lb a week is a modest rate of fat loss so you shouldn't have any trouble with loosing lean mass.

    yeah; well i understand my lifts are not very high atall, rather embarrasing at times lol. is 1ib too modest or could i increase the calorie deficit and still hang onto strength gains aswell as keep lean mass? (not that there is much of it to loose)
