Hi I'm still new to posting topics, but finding everyone else's very helpful and useful.

I was wandering if people could help me with ways to bulk and diets to bulk but without putting on to much body fat but a lot of muscle mass.
Ideas and advice would be good

    Thanks guys

Do it slowly or accept that you'll gain fat while bulking.

As much as it can be debated this is near impossible unless you do a slow bulk for a very long period of time. 'A lot' of muscle mass is going to be fairly hard to achieve on a standard bulk, but I guess it all depends on what your expectations are and what you mean by a lot.

Where are you at now in regards to weight and body comp?

My advice is to eat as MUCH as you can, as long as it's meat/milk/oats/fish more than chocolate and sweets. The only way you can get fat that way is if you're not training enough or training hard enough.

Say what brother? If he eats 1000kcals over his maintenance every day, regardless of whether it's meat, milk, oats and fish, or the healthiest food in the land, he'll get fat. End of. That's terrible advice right there.
