Do it slowly or accept that you'll gain fat while bulking.
Hi I'm still new to posting topics, but finding everyone else's very helpful and useful.
I was wandering if people could help me with ways to bulk and diets to bulk but without putting on to much body fat but a lot of muscle mass.
Ideas and advice would be good
Thanks guys

Do it slowly or accept that you'll gain fat while bulking.
"When I see a program that says three sets of eight reps? That's the stupidest f**king thing ever. If it doesn't have a specific percentage based on a specific max, it's useless. That's the hallmark of someone who doesn't understand basic programming." - Jim Wendler
As much as it can be debated this is near impossible unless you do a slow bulk for a very long period of time. 'A lot' of muscle mass is going to be fairly hard to achieve on a standard bulk, but I guess it all depends on what your expectations are and what you mean by a lot.
Where are you at now in regards to weight and body comp?
"Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?
Well I'm 5ft 7 and weigh 70kg, just looking for some diet advice on bulking to increase my muscle mass really!

My advice is to eat as MUCH as you can, as long as it's meat/milk/oats/fish more than chocolate and sweets. The only way you can get fat that way is if you're not training enough or training hard enough.
Say what brother? If he eats 1000kcals over his maintenance every day, regardless of whether it's meat, milk, oats and fish, or the healthiest food in the land, he'll get fat. End of. That's terrible advice right there.

yeah, that eat as much as you can thing is a bit of a school boy error. to bulk up you still need disapline and a balanced approach.
