    Push Up's with an exaggerated push at the end of the movement really work the serratus. So basically when you do a push up and you get back to the top, imagine pushing further than you would normally go - getting your back to hit the ceiling.

    You should feel it first time. I've isolated the Serratus for months to help with shoulder function and I look like I've got a set of gills right now at low bf

    An exercise that alot of people dont realise is excellent for serratus development is hanging leg raises

    Dan John thinks jsut doing high repped lockouts on the press often will build the serratus, like 3x8-12 from the press lockout drop just half ROM above the head.
    ...Have you had your DOSE?...
