Has anyone got any good tips on keeping the emphasis on the chest when doing dumbbell bench presses. Dunno if Im using too much weight but Im feeling it alot more in my shoulders and tris. Im not sure whether my range of motion is too narrow or too wide or what?! Maybe I should swap this exercise and try the barbell press for a bit. Has anyone got any suggestions?

imo barbells limit your ROM. Stick with DB's. Use a lighter weight, when you reach the top of the press, squeeze your pecs! I know using lighter weight doesnt sound like it'll help, but if you squeeze at the top of every rep, trust me, you'll feel it.

Flare your elbows as much as possible. This will take your triceps somewhat out of the equation. Shoulders are tough to take out of the movement to any large degree imo

You could try decline DB benching.
