    RIGHT...I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FROM AROUND MY MID SECTION, BUT ADD MUSCLE TO CHEST, ARMS AND SHOULDERS...CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE ON WHAT TRAINING I SHOULD BE DOING AND ANY SUPPLEMENTS THAT COULD HELP ME ACHEIVE MY GOALS(slimmer waist,bigger upper body)

    1st, stop using the caps lock.

    2nd. You wont gain muscle and lose fat at the same time(for an appreciable length of time). Pick which you want 1st.

    Supps Ican advise are:

    Milk protein(for daytime/nighttime)

    WPC80(for post workout)

    Creatine(for strength and muscle size)

    Taurine(for energy)
