Hi guys, been away from the forums for a while so hope everyone's training is going ok etc...

Thing is, I'm going away on holiday for a couple of weeks, and there isn't a gym in sight of where we're going. This means, no chance to use weights at all while I'm away.

Bearing this in mind, could anyone recommend a no-weights program I could use to keep my muscle (as much as possible), whilst in the last phase of my cut. I was thinking it's a good oportunity to get a lot of cardio in, which I've been missing out (thanks to Mart's no cardio cut workout !).

    Cheers guys, Tom.

You're not gonna lose loads of muscle in 2 weeks or anything, unless you eat nothing and catch a bug.

Just do a few press ups, pull ups, dips, crunches and suitcase deadlifts and eat reasonably well and you'll do fine.

I think for the 2 weeks diet will be more important than the training.

    Shoulders/arms:
    Handstand pushups

    Chest:
Pushups with feet on incline(put on chair or something)
    normal pushups

    Legs:
Sqauts (just hold something heavy like a tv)

    Midsection:
    Situps
    Leg raises

Not the most well rounded routine. Couldnt you take dumbells? ...a 2week layoff might do you good though!
Can everyone stop thinking so much.please?

You can also do tricep dips (using a chair) and lunges (not much weight is necessary to get a good training effect).

If you go running a few times that will keep your legs well conditioned, and just finish the run off with some chinups on a tree branch or any convenient horizontal bar (i.e. park playground), and some pushups. Vary the grip on the pushups to hit the chest/arms to different degrees. You can also do explosive press pushups; power yourself up through a normal pressup and clap your hands together in the momentary time you're in the air. If you want to get really hardcore then you can try doing one arm pushups (very tough).

Lateral raises are easy to do using any somewhat heavy object (and for lateral raises you aren't going to need much weight), i.e. you could hold a suitcase in each arm. Might look a bit silly but will work!

You can workout your lower back by doing back hyperextensions (lie face down on the floor, feet tucked under some immovable object (e.g. a bed frame), and curl your upper body backwards/upwards).

Abs are obviously easy to workout, and you can also do some leg raises and ab work whilst hanging after your set of chinups.

Finally, if you're staying in a big hotel high up, how about carrying all your luggage up all the stairs if your'e a glutton for punishment?

In the absence of any heavy weight for the exercises, you're going to have to use high volume instead (which can offer useful training variation). Try attempting to do, say, 8 * 25 pressups; that should leave your arms/chest pretty hammered!
