for the final 4 weeks of my cut im really going all out, possibly sacraficing a little bit of strength along the way.
So, i just want a little feedback from you bodybuilding gurus to see if im along the right tracks.

basically i have reduced my resting periods between sets to around 30 seconds and upped my reps to 7-9 and completing 4 sets.
i tried this today and my poundages were so bad it was upsetting lol, but i did get quite a pump and from what iv heard this will help considerably with fatloss.
Then at the end of every session i hop on the treadmill for 30 mins an sweat my balls off.
...oh and iv finally cut out my skimmed milk

whats ur total diet like? unless u are competing dont worry about cutting out milk, the only reason ui should is that it causes u to hold a little water, no probs for the non competitor though.

Could even go a bit higher on the reps as 9 is still moderate-low reps.

Supersets (agonist/antagonist) are better than just short rest between the same exercises as with the latter you are just sacrificing strength

diet atm is very clean obviously, i havnt counted calories as such but i have monitored what i eat and in what portion if you get me, and have reduced carbs gradually over the 5 weeks so far.
i have also cut the milk because there was quite a few calories as i did consume copious amounts of the stuff. (i am actually keeping some milk to have with my whey before bed).
ill post complete diet up if u like.

    is 10-12 reps better then?
supersets? so would i just superset 2 exercises till iv completed 8 sets? (4 sets each)

    yes ie
    • 1a) Bench Press
    • 1b) Bent Over Row

Do a set of 1a, then a set of 1b....Thats one superset

    Exactly like 43 said.

10-12 reps would just mean you are doing more 'work' which is a good thing anywhere from 8-12 reps is fine though. Even 7s of latter sets would be ok.
