Getting pumps often brings vascularity out......the continous pressure expands the vessels.
are there anyways to increase vascularity more permanently (ie. not red wine)?
obviously increased muscle and less body fat will mean blood vessels are more visible, but are there any other ways which might bring them out a little more?
Use referer code MP4037 for 5% off your first order.

Well does cardio not cause the growth of new capillaries and improve the blood flow to muscles? Also you could consider taking some vasodilating supps, NO etc. I might add it usually takes along time to see improvements in vascularity, it also depends largely on your genetics, and bodyfat also plays a big role.
True, but capillarisation of muscles isnt neccessarily what you would see on the surface veins etcQuote

I think so. My vascularity is crap unless I enagage in regular bouts of HIIT. When I did HIIT rowing I had vascularity all over my back and forearms, I was obviously pretty lean too but I've never had it that good since.
