    what the foook can i do,what will shift this? We re talking slight but diet,ab exs will not shift the last bit,help!!!! just what ex will do it? Thanks in advance.

    ok ! With no abreviations,just what is the best ab exercise one can do to sort your stomach out?? Thanks in advance.

    no ab exercise will make u shift fat. cardio and proper diet however will

    None. You're falling into the trap of the "spot reduction" myth.

    You can't control where you body takes it's fat from. Doing hundreds of ab exercises might give you strong/well developed abdominal muscles, but it won't do anything to shift the layer of fat over them which obscure them.

    As Tom says, correct diet, coupled with cardio and/or suitable intensity with demanding weight lifting movements (i.e. big compounds; squats/deadlifts/lunges) will help you to shift it.
