    Has anyone tried X-Reps?

I've just started to put a few into my arm workout, but it's too early to report back, so basically, I need to know if I'd be wasting my time with them.

i tried it for a while, a month or so, got the fat burning e-book though. seemed good but i didnt notice much. if there wasnt so much chopping and changing exercise in it it would be better. i cudnt do it that well though because i usually go to gyms that have too many people for the size of them! but it might work if u can get the right equipment all the time, but all i really noticed was a gr8r pump

I read a few articles on it.

If you look at the "before" and "after" pictures on the website carefully though, you can see they have not really gained any muscle mass, but they have dropped a bit of body fat, which makes them look more muscular.

I have been giving them a go on some exercises. It is good to try after you've gone to failure, it gives you a real burn. Don't know whether it will make much difference to growth though. Might have to try it more thoroughly and give it some time to see.

I'm afraid I just went to the website and as soon as I looked at the before and after pictures I could not be bothered reading it!

Yet another ploy to part 'a fool and his money'.
