First of all i would like to say hello as i have just joined the boards. I am interested in starting a p/p/l routine. i have been lifting on/off for almost a year..i still consider myself to be a newb to bodybuilding. i have a found this routine on the forums somewhere but i am notsure of the volume of training because i feel it may cause me to overtrain.
