I am interested in starting a p/p/l routine. i have been lifting on/off for almost a year..i still consider myself to be a newb to bodybuilding. i have a found this routine on the forums somewhere but i am notsure of the volume of training because i feel it may cause me to overtrain. Hey

kind of similar to mine, how about adding decline DB press? I replaced the bench with that it seems to work well for me. Although now I do all three. I found it better to use dumbbells rather than do a normal bench press, but what works for me might not for you - unless you try.

All i would change is don do squats and leg press on same day. Do 2 sets of 1. After warm up 1st working set heavy 8-10reps then next set 20 repper. Your legs will grow like crazy. I was sceptical but god it works!

you probably know this but.....you'll only make gains with a good diet and working out. lacking in one of those areas and you wont grow.
