Just to be clear, do you mix in the extra caffeine into the diet coke too? I thought diet coke already had plenty of caffeine in it already. Could you tell me what site AL is?

That's interesting...sounds like some weird neurotoxic effect. I wouldn't be surprised if it has something to do with aspartame having done my final year psychology project on it.

I'd be having it at 5 pm with taurine. Hopefully that wouldn't send me to sleep because I'd be working out an hour or so later Were you taking it with taurine pre workout, Tom?

Hmm. Think I'll take it just first thing in that case...I've found taurine so effective and I'm not looking to get as lean as you were for the comp...although I was mighty impressed! Just dropping the calories a little more should be more than sufficient

Works for me. I have them at breakfast (80 grams), pre workout (50 grams) and post workout (60 grams). Other than that I have a couple of wholemeal pitas through the day, and that's about it. After my PWO shake I just have vegetables with salmon, cod or a lean meat and then a casein shake before bobo time.

Low carb diets make no sense to me...I've been there before and all that happens is I lose energy, get moody and end up craving sugary crap. This way I don't get hungry at any point in the day, my mood is constantly good and most importantly...I lose fat

Wholeheartedly agree Ollie. Low carb diets are horrible! Especially when done for more than a month!

My next diet i'm going to try and keep carbs as high as possible for as long as possible. It might mean I have to do some CV though.......
